A modest semi-detached two-storey house on the outskirts of Cambridge which has recently been refurbished and is clean and bright. It has two bedrooms - 1 superking (or two 3’ singles) and a twin, a bathroom with a bath and power shower, a dining room, and a good-sized living room.

The kitchen is fitted with dishwasher, microwave, freezer, fridge, hob, and oven.There is a washer/dryer.The house is fully gas central-heated and is double-glazed.

It is equipped with cutlery, china, and cooking utensils. A telephone line, cable TV, and broadband ethernet and wireless are already connected. Bedlinen, duvets, and towels are provided.

The living room has doors opening to the rear garden and a patio area with chairs and table. The rear garden is 100ft long, south-facing, and landscaped. It comes with a gardener, so you can enjoy the garden without having to maintain it!

Typically the cost is £500 to £650 for a week and includes all bills except for your telephone calls and TV purchases. Weekends and working week stays are often possible.

The house is situated in St. Vigor's Road (CB21 5HG) in the centre of Fulbourn village a short walk from the shops, post office, and churches. At the front the house there is off-road parking for two cars and a large green. For those with children, the primary school is close by and the bus for the secondary school picks up at the end of the road.
